This qualification is aimed at targeting overseas students, who would like to hone their skills and knowledge to gain significant experience in a senior administrative role who are seeking to develop expertise across a wider range of business functions.
The qualification is also suited to individuals who possess significant theoretical business skills and knowledge and wish to consolidate and build pathways to further educational or employment opportunities.
Employment Pathway
After completion of this qualification students can work as Senior Administrator and Senior Executive.

The primary pathway from this qualification is to study further in at a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma level.
Entry requirements
- All students must be of the age of 18 years or over at the time of applying for admission
- English requirement:
- Entry into this course requires IELTS band score of 5.5 or equivalent in line with regulations OR
- Successful completion of a qualification from an Institute where mode of instructions was English and where the course duration was no less than 12 months OR
- Completion of an approved English Language course.
- Academic requirements: (Part A and Part B)
- Part A:
- Satisfactory completion of studies in applicant’s home country equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification is required for entry into this course OR
- Successful completion of a qualification from an Institute where mode of instructions was English and where the course duration was no less than 12 months
- AND
- Part B:
- Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).
- OR
- Have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
- Mature age students will also be considered without the minimum education requirements but with a relevant work experience within chosen area of study and a demonstrated capacity to meet course requirements.
